Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Within 30 days of original purchase: Meritage Clothing gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 30 days of original purchase: Meritage Clothing will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
All SALE items are final sales, no exchanges or returns. Final sales are valid only while supplies last.
